Interview Q&A
How long have you been in business?
I established my service in 2002.
What is your primary product or service?
My primary service is pet sitting, dog walking, and house sitting.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always loved animals. When I was a child I wanted to either become a zoologist or a veternarian. I hadn't even thought of becomming a pet sitter or a dog walker in Mobile, because I thought you could only make it work in a big city, like New York. It was a slow go at first, but since I started my business, which I absolutely love, it has grown by leaps and bounds. I am very proud of what I have accomplished. I can now say I am the longest running and largest pet sitting service in Mobile and Baldwin County.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I differentiate myself from others in the pet sitting industry in Mobile and Baldwin County, by being the most experienced, longest running service. I know having successful, long standing relationships with my clients speaks volumes about what makes me different from other pet sitting services in my area.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I work from home in the heart of downtown Mobile. I just recently purchased a home in the LODA district. Not only because I have been dreaming of living down here for years, but to also stragically place myself to be able to conduct business more easily in both Mobile and Baldwin County. I am establishing a clientel base on the Eastern Shore as well. I have several clients on the Eastern Shore and would love to welcome many more.
Provide detailed directions to your location
I do not do boarding in my home so I don't feel it is neccessary to give directions to my home. I come to your home where your pet can stay in an environment they are familiar with.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept cash and checks.
Which areas do you service?
I service all of Mobile County and parts of the Eastern Shore... Spanish Fort, Daphne, and Fairhope.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Terri Collett-Graham is the Owner / Operator.
What are your hours of operation?
7 days a week from 6am-9pm.
